Some people by nature are just curious and love to find things that haven’t been discovered yet. The thrill of the hunt and finding out the truth about something that no one has yet known about can be a huge factor that drives these very special individuals.
This brings us to today’s incredible story. We are featuring a very briliant and wealthy resturant tycoon named David Tali. He owns and operates many restaurants all over the world and is well known in the restaurant community. He is also a veteran who served his country during World War 2 as a copilot.
After the war is when his restaurant life would begin, but because he had been a pilot he was pretty obsessed with planes for his entire life! As his restaurants were all extremely successful and he was making big money he was able to start his own airplane collection! His favorite hobby was buying old broken down planes and restoring them back into pristine condition. However, in this story David discovers a mysterious abandoned airplane in the middle of the jungle! According to David this incredible find is his number 1 most important achievement of his life..
As his money grew his love for planes expanded even further. He not only wanted to just buy planes from people he wanted to hire a team and map out places where abandoned planes could potentially be found. After his team was hired and did their homework they believed there was a pretty good chance that one of these planes could be located in in the jungles of Papua Guinea.
David and his team quickly booked their flights and headed out to their destination. He would need this team to help him navigate through the jungles so he wouldn’t end up getting caught out there alone. He wanted to avoid a tragedy at all costs so he made sure this team of experts were the most exceptionally qualified candidates for this hidden treasure adventure.
After they flew out and began searching through the deep and unforgiving jungles of Papua, New Guinea they found the plane they were looking for within only a few short days….

11-Year-Old Girl Put On Her Favorite Dress For School Photo Day. But How The School Reacted Left Her Hysterical In Tears!

Well it’s finally August which means summer is already winding down and it’s almost time for some back to school shopping. It’s hard to believe that Autumn is already right around the corner when it feels like summer just began yesterday! Parents and their children have already began flocking to stores, to pick up new pencils, pens, book covers, (trapper keepers if they still make them), binders, folders, journals, calculators and so much more. On top of all the school supplies, many will be picking up new shoes, backpacks and clothing to begin the new school year. In particular one item that is super important every year is that perfect outfit to wear for your school photo!
This brings us to today’s story which features a young 11-year-old girl named Vegas who is about to start a new school year the the Lockwood Eileen Johnson Middle School In Montana. Overall, Vegas enjoys school and is a really good student and is well liked by almost all of her peers however one day back in September she experienced a nightmare of a school day she never could’ve imagined.
In late September in schools all across the world ‘Picture Day’ arrives pretty much on the same time every year. Some kids love Picture Day while others dread it and absolutely abhor it. Whether you love it or hate it, on this day you always have to dress up a little extra, put a little more time into your hair and just look the best you possibly can so your school pictures come out as good as possible.
Vegas had recently received a gift from her sister which was a grayish dress with a floral pattern that she absolutely loved. As soon as she got the dress she knew this would be the outfit she would wear for her school picture. The dress wasn’t scandalous at all, it wasn’t short, it was very conservative and she even put on black leggings to cover her legs. Mom helped her get ready that morning and the whole family agreed she looked amazing and knew her pictures were going to come out great!
She arrived at school went to class and waited for her time to get called in for her school picture. That’s when a school employee more specifically a teachers aid took her aside and told her what she was wearing was completely inappropriate for picture day and she wouldn’t be allowed to wear this beautiful dress she got from her sister for her school photo. Vegas obviously confused couldn’t understand what was wrong with the dress and why this was happening.
The school responded that the dress showed “too much of her shoulder” which was completely petty and a ridiculous reason to ridicule her, take her aside and embarrass her in front of all the other students. After she was publicly shamed for showing “too much shoulder” they let her take the school picture in the dress, but then they called her parents and told them they had to drive to the school and bring her different clothes that were less “scandalous” for the rest of the day!
Between the public shaming, making her feel horrible about the dress she loved and overall just making a huge spectacle out of a completely innocuous thing, Vegas couldn’t take it anymore, broke down and started hysterically crying. The whole day was completely traumatizing to this innocent and sweet little girl and she just couldn’t understand why this was happening to her…

This Guy Was Putting In a New Toilet When He Suddenly Discovered a Secret That Hadn’t Been Seen For Over a Century!

For years Luciano Faggiano had dreamed of opening his own trattoria. He had planned out everything to make the family restaurant possible and knew exactly what he wanted to include on the menu. The trattoria would be run out of his family home located at 56 Via Ascanio Grandi in Lecce, Italy, with the dining room on the ground floor and his family living quarters on the second floor.
Luciano had everything ready to go but one problem stood in his way, a leaky toilet that kept backing up. If he was going to serve delicious homemade food, he couldn’t have sewage stinking up the place and so he had to get it fixed right away. Luckily his two sons who were normally at college were home and so he had them help with the repairs.
The father son team started by slowly chipping away at the flooring to get to what they suspected was a leaky pipe. That’s when they noticed that there was a false bottom and what actually lay underneath was an open space. The smaller of the two boys was able to squeeze into the hole and what he found down there in the dark was a whole other extraordinary world.
It turned out that the Faggiano’s had found passageways and chambers that were abandoned, forgotten, and left dormant long ago. They set about excavating the underground tunnels which turned out to be a lot of work that required the removal of tons of dirt. When a suspicious neighbor noticed that an alarming amount of dirt was being brought out of the family home, they called the authorities who sent over an inspector.
When they found out what was going on, they charged Luciano with conducting an illegal excavation. While he was found guilty, he luckily escaped having to pay major fines. Any and all excavation work was ordered stopped by the courts until they decided on how to proceed. Luciano had still not found the leaky pipe and so he couldn’t open his trattoria, but now he was focused on finding out what lay beneath his home.
Finally a decision had been reached and the court said he could continue digging but only with a member of the Italian Ministry of Culture present. That way if anything of historical significance was found, it could be properly examined and preserved. Luciano got back to work and was busy trying to find the pesky pipe that was still leaking when he stumbled upon some old pavement. According to the expert on hand, it dated back to the medieval period, yet a little further searching led them to an even bigger discovery.
The Faggiano’s ended up in a Mesopotamian tomb which dated back 500 years before Christ! Further exploration uncovered a Roman granary, a Franciscan chapel, and artworks from the Knights Templar. All these amazing discoveries gave Luciano a new business idea, instead of an Italian trattoria, he’d turn his home into a museum. However, once again the authorities put a halt to his plans.
After the local government seized the best artifacts found under the house, they allowed him to open his museum. Today it is called the Museum Faggiano and anyone can visit the underground rooms and passageways to see Italian history through the ages.

AHHHH…the joys of a great DIY for something unique for gardening lovers, is brought to life with great enthusiasm in the video you are about to view below. Tanya Visser, a spirited and fun-loving South African “Guru of the Garden”, has come up with a brilliant idea. It’s a great thing to do with your kids, or simply to tap into your “inner child”, to create for your yard or garden this summer.
Tanya’s project uses a few old tires to create large garden planters. Her self-deprecating humor makes this idea all the more inviting…you don’t have to be a Martha Stewart to have this turn out pleasing to the eye for the whole season!
In the video, Visser takes you step-by-step in this easy to follow tutorial. She uses PVA primer as a base coat for the tires, which is great for you and your kids, because it washes out of clothes easily. She shows you how to place the tires, and how to prepare them for planting once all the decorating is done.
A plastic outdoor garbage bag, other color paints for drawing fun images, some drainage pebbles, good potting soil and bone meal, are the remaining things you will need. Watching the fun she has decorating with bright colors and choosing hearty plants to complete the project, has inspired me!

Summer is around the corner, and with it most everyone’s favorite fruit, WATERMELON. Delicious as it is, there is a really annoying downside to the ‘BIG W’…it is messy in every way possible. I often beg my husband not to buy whole watermelons (which he inevitably does anyway), because of how hard it is to cut and store.
Another problem with the cutting of this unwieldy fruit, is that so much seems to be wasted and uneaten, given the difficulty in cutting it. So, when I came across the video you are about to watch below, that claimed to offer an innovative solution to all the inherent problems of slicing this large fruit, I was intrigued.
In less than two minutes, all of you watermelon lovers out there, will have a life-changing moment. It’s the kind of solution that I would never have come up with on my own, but am grateful to have learned. His cutting technique has several steps in slicing, each one making the pieces incrementally smaller, until the grand finale.
You, your family and guests will be served holdable slices of watermelon, without slobbering all over the place, which makes this summer ritual all the more enjoyable. An extra bonus is that this cutting technique leaves you with almost no clean-up!

It Took Them Over 5 Hours To Try To Save THIS Whale From A Net But Then The Whale Does The UNTHINKABLE!

When somethings wrong and a Humpback whale needs rescuing, who do you call? For crab fisherman working in the waters off of the coast of San Francisco, California, the answer was the Marine Mammal Center. As soon as they received the call a team of volunteers and divers was immediately assembled and they quickly set out to find the stricken whale. Time was of the essence and they knew they had to locate the poor whale before he disappeared and was lost to the vast ocean forever.
When they finally found the massive mammal they assessed the situation and noticed that it had become trapped in a messy tangle of ropes. There were many different lines that had become wrapped all around its body and they had started to dig deep into the skin.
The painful lacerations were slowly weakening and sapping the whale of its strength, and making it vulnerable to predators. Without help and human intervention, the whale would never untangle itself and would surely die a slow and painful death.
Working among the team that day back in December was an experienced diver and animal activist named James Moskito. He had done high risk rescues for over 25 years, some with the military, and was the first to enter the water. Moskito began the long arduous process of cutting the whale free from the ropes and described the mess tangled around it as being equal to a 3,000 pound anchor.
He explained that “Some of the individual ropes went into the blubber two or three inches deep. I put my hand on the whale and I told the whale, ‘OK. This is gonna hurt.’ The whale was so cooperative, it would open its mouth and a guy would put his hand up inside of it and pull pieces of rope out of the baleen one by one.”
All the while the whale remained near the surface and never acted aggressive towards any of the divers. He simply floated calmly over the course of the five hours that it took before he was finally freed of his chains.
Once the Humpback was clear to go, an extraordinary and wholly unexpected thing happened. Instead of leaving the divers, it dove down below them and then back up to the surface, right to where James was. The gentle giant then slowly swam in circles and approached his rescuers, rubbing up against each one of them in turn to express its gratitude and thanks for the help.
Moskito said that “It seemed kind of affectionate, like a dog that’s happy to see you. I never felt threatened. It was an amazing, unbelievable experience.” It’s something you have to see to believe and truly appreciate, so check out the video of the incredible rescue and relive the experience!
