Place it on the stove over high heat and wait until it boils. In the meantime, prepare the eggs by cracking 2 of them into each one of the tea cups. When the water has reached a steady boil turn off the stove and slide the skillet off of the hot burner.
Grab two tea cups in each hand and gently tilt them while lowering the rims into the water. All of the eggs should flow out at once and thus will cook evenly. Place the lid on the skillet, wait five minutes, and do not move or agitate the pan.
Take the lid off and scoop up each egg individually with a slotted spoon. Place them all on a paper towel lined plate to absorb any excess water and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. In the end, you should end up with neatly cooked egg whites that ensconce a still runny, slightly creamy, liquid yolk.

Fill a large pot of water and place it on the stove with high heat. While you’re waiting for the water to boil, peel and finely mince one clove of garlic. Shell and chop 1/4 cup of pistachios for topping. Once the water is boiling, add salt and one pound of thin spaghetti.
Use tongs to make sure all of the pasta is submerged. In a large skillet, melt one tablespoon of butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, along with 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes.
Once the garlic mixture is slightly browned, pour two cups, or 3/4 of a bottle, of red wine into the skillet. After about 3-4 minutes of cooking, when the pasta just begins to bend in its pot, use tongs to move it into the wine in the skillet.
Cook for a few more minutes until the pasta is tender, but slightly firm to the bite. At this point, turn off the heat and add two more tablespoons of butter, stirring until thoroughly combined, to give the dish a creamy texture.
Portion the wine soaked spaghetti into dishes and cover the top with sprinkled chopped pistachios. Your meal is now ready to be served and enjoyed. Savor the rich flavor of the slightly spicy, garlic and wine infused noodles contrasting with the satisfying crunch of the green nuts.

Set those unpleasant memories aside and replace them with thoughts of this incredibly simple and easy to make 2 ingredient chocolate cake. It’s a whipped, meringue-type of cake that ends up tasting rich and decadent yet also light and sweet. In other words, it’s basically perfect, and it will leave you with minimal mess to deal with.
This recipe makes 6 servings and each one contains 200Kcal. It takes about an hour total to prepare and bake. You can serve this right away once it’s cooled off from being in the oven, chill it in the fridge for later, or keep it in the freezer for up to a week. The ingredients are easy to remember, 3 eggs and 3 bars of chocolate, or enough to total 165 grams or 5.8 ounces. Preheat your oven to 338 degrees Fahrenheit then separate the egg whites out into a large bowl.
Refrigerate them so that they’re cold for when you later use them, which will make the meringue much more stable. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a large bowl using a double boiler over hot water, then allow the chocolate to cool and whisk in the egg yolks.

To finish off the cake you may want to brush it with syrup. It’s highly recommended that syrups or liquors such as brandy, rum, or kirsch are used, along with a light dusting of powdered sugar. Serve a slice of it alongside ice cream, fresh fruit, or with a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry on top.
