Apparently THIS Is What Your Poop Is Telling You About Your General Health!

There is a quick and easy way to gain insight into your overall general health. All you have to do is glance in the toilet after you go number two. Doctors and scientists have uncovered a lot of great information on what the color and consistency of poo can reveal about what’s going on inside our bodies. In particular, it can help us know whether our digestive system and gastrointestinal tract are functioning normally, or if there may be a problem.

First, it’s best to be familiar with what exactly poop is. Basically, it’s what’s left of the food you eat after it has been broken down and digested. After your body has taken and absorbed all of the nutrients it needs from that food, the remainder passes through and ends up being expelled as waste.

This waste is composed of bacteria, undigested food, dead cells, and mucus, which explains why it smells bad. Normal aspects of number 2 include going on average 1-2 times/day, but some people go more frequently and others less. As long as you’re comfortable when you go to the bathroom, it’s fine. Also, a healthy poop should slowly sink to the bottom of the toilet bowl, no floaters!

By monitoring toilet activities you can pick up on any changes or abnormal occurrences in your health. This helps you to be more aware of any potential issues going on inside you that are causing your body movements to suddenly look different. The chart below and video goes over all the various textures and shapes of poop, and sums up what each type most likely means.

The ideal excrement that a healthy body makes is sausage-shaped, smooth, and soft. It’s also borderline normal if your poop is sausage-shaped but contains cracks all over it. The cracks are a sign that your body needs more water, so up your daily intake soon before you get constipated or develop diarrhea!

In addition to texture and shape, color is also a helpful factor in terms of what your poo is telling you about your health. Everyone knows brown is the main color of poop, but it also means your movement is normal. A greenish hue may be diet related and can occur when you eat lots of leafy green vegetables, or it’s caused by food moving too quickly though the large intestine.

However, if you ever see red blood stained poo see a doctor as soon as possible because it may be a symptom of cancer. Once you’re familiar with what’s normal it’s much easier to spot any potential issues or irregularities.

So do your body a favor and familiarize yourself with this chart, and don’t forget to pass it along to family and friends as well. The more everyone knows, the better! Also check WATCH the video below for more information.

This Owl Poops On His Friend. His Reaction Is Priceless!

Nature never ceases to amaze me. From the mountains, to the forests, to the vast oceans and the never ending skies there are so many wondrous and majestic sights to see. There are beautiful sunsets, flowers in full bloom, and in this case a jerk owl pooping on his best buddy! 🙂

These 2 owls must be pretty good friends if this is how they treat each other. We all do weird stuff with our friends but this has to be some of the weirdest friendship moments I have ever seen.  The look on the owls face after he realizes that he just got pooped on is absolutely priceless.

I had to watch this twice because it’s just so ridiculous.  I just can’t stop laughing, for some reason this classic owl slapstick comedy will never ever get old! Enjoy and try not to do this to your friends!

Little Boy Thinks Mom Served Him a Poop Sandwich. He Proceeds To Throw The Most Hysterical Fit.

It’s a well known fact that kid’s say the funniest things. It’s also no secret that they can be incredibly picky and downright fussy eaters. Put the two together and you’re bound to end up with at least a few hilarious memories. This clip captured one of those special moments, it’s quite the gem so be sure to check it out!

It all started when Jamie Laforest was feeding her toddler son Declan his dinner. On this night she was serving him something new that he had never ever tried before in his short life, a sloppy Joe sandwich. It appears that after taking one look at his plate Declan immediately lost any appetite that he may have had!

Rather than enthusiastically biting right into the sandwich, he chose to take it apart and examine it further. The close inspection of his food was met with even more disgust before he looked up at his mother and exclaimed “It’s poop! Yuck!” Everyone within earshot burst out laughing and while you can hear his sister telling him that it’s not poop, her reassurance meant nothing to him.

He was adamant that the sandwich was poop and threw the cutest, most hilarious fit ever. He just kept repeating “it’s poop” over and over until it got to the point that he’d convinced himself of this false fact! When his mother chimed in and said “That is a sloppy Joe. Momma wouldn’t feed you nasty. It’s hamburger meat” her words went in one ear and out the other. He wasn’t having any of it, the food or what others were telling him!

In the end, Declan was all but positive that his mother had served him a poop sandwich. He refused to eat it and settled for a few measly chips instead of risking a bite of the gross looking lump of meat and bread on his plate. Being not a fan of sloppy Joe’s, I’d do the same if I were him and now that he mentions it they really do look exactly like poop. I’ll never look at a sloppy Joe the same way ever again!
