I love getting massages, and have always found the most relief, after getting deep pressure point massage at the base of my skull where the neck meets the head. This being said, I was amazed to hear that part of the Chinese modalities of acupuncture and acupressure, incorporate this place of the anatomy in a practice known as “Feng Fu.”
According to “Start of Happiness” the belief is that this particular area, is the key to relieving many pains in other parts of the body, reducing symptoms from some diseases or conditions, improving sleep and achieving an overall sense of well-being by increasing your energy.
Amazingly, as you will hear in the video you are about to view below, you can achieve the same results as Chinese acupuncture of the feng fu point, on your own at home. It involves placing an ice cube on the back of the neck at the feng fu location, in order to stimulate it, and receive some of the many health benefits.
The video discusses these health benefits in more detail, instructs you exactly where to place the ice cube and the length of time that is necessary to achieve results.

If You Are Suffering From a Stiff Neck THIS 90 Second Trick Will Bring You Instant Relief
Many of us suffer regularly from stiff necks, as a result of constantly being on computers, phones, tablets and often just getting into a position while sleeping that causes a muscle spasm. Muscles and joints that are a “pain in the neck” can really cause both physical and psychological stress as we go through our day.
The video you are about to watch below, does a great job of not only explaining the mechanism of how stiff necks occur, but several great stretches and ways of pushing on trigger points on your own, that will greatly alleviate a stiff neck within 90 SECONDS!
It was actually fascinating to hear that what causes the pain is actually a shortening of the muscle, when we are unaware that we have contorted our neck in an unnatural way, while awake or asleep. When the muscle shortens it aggravates the nerve which makes it very painful to turn the neck.
What is great about his demonstration is that he demonstrates how to target the exact place where the muscle has contracted, and how by turning the neck and using the opposite hand it can be released. Cross fiber massage, placing knuckles into the muscle and several different stretches are easy to follow.
His tutorial will give you the ability to fix your stiff neck on your own, by stimulating nerves that will signal your brain to reset the shortened muscle. This was one of the most helpful videos I have seen on alleviating your own pain naturally and quickly.

This alternative method dates back to ancient Chinese medicine and pressure points. The point it centers around is where your head and neck meet at the base of your skull, which is known as the Feng Fu. Many people report feeling younger, more energized, and full of life after doing this everyday.
It has been said that this technique can provide a variety of health oriented benefits to your body, as well as boost your mood and mental health. If You Put An Ice Cube On This Spot 1x a Day For a Month These Are The Health Benefits For Your Body
Both ancient and contemporary medicine involve switching on certain bodily mechanisms with the aim of having it heal and improve itself naturally. The pills and lasers of today are the modern day equivalent of things like crystals and reiki from yesterday.
All of these types of practices, therapies, medicines, and so on center around activating a response from within us in hopes of altering or ameliorating our health for the better.
Ever since mankind has existed people have been engaged in relentless pursuits for miracle cures and anti-aging potions. The endless stream of creams, lotions, tonics, diets, treatments, and more are proof of this and while they often promise the world, they rarely ever deliver.
Rather than wasting your time and hard earned money on some disappointing product that was marketed specifically towards you, try ice point therapy. It’s an easy, all-natural, and affordable approach to optimizing your health and well-being. Here’s how to do it:
Gather together an ice cube and a towel then begin by laying flat on your stomach. Find a comfortable position and relax before placing the towel under your head and chin. Next, place the ice cube on the back of your neck at the base of your skull and if you need a better idea of exactly where to situate it, refer to the accompanying video.
Allow the ice cube to sit there and slowly melt for at least 20 minutes and then use the towel to clean up the water. Ice point therapy works best when it’s done every day in the morning on an empty stomach, and again in the evening right before you go to bed.
This alternative healing method has been practiced for thousands of years. It’s derived from ancient Chinese medicine and is related closely to acupuncture and acupressure. The precise point that it revolves around, where your head and neck meet at the base of your skull, is known as the Feng Fu point.
When ice is applied to the point it has an energizing effect. People report feeling younger, more refreshed, and clear headed after just a few applications. Furthermore, the Feng Fu point is also believed to promote the following health benefits:
– Improved mood – Better sleep – Relief from common colds – Reduced thyroid issues – Headache and migraine pain relief – Toothache relief – Alleviates – PMS symptoms – Reduced risks associated with lung and cardiovascular diseases
In the end, a simple cube of ice can give you a boost of energy and help you stay healthy. Try it for a month straight and see if you notice a difference in your life. Who knows, it might just be the answer you’ve been looking for! Watch the video below for more information:

This Teen Was Feeling Extreme Neck Pain. When The Doctors Diagnosed Her, Her Parents Were Horrified!
I don’t know about you, but I have become used to constantly looking down at my phone, iPad or computer, but not as much as my teenage and young adult children. Sometimes I have to ask them the same question 3-4 times until they hear me. You can see a table of adults and kids out to eat at a restaurant, where everyone is looking down at their phone!
You may think that what I am getting at here is the antisocial aspects of social media absorption. That, however, is a side issue. Something far more dramatic and physically damaging is occurring to young people, like this 14-year-old girl in the video you are about to watch below.
It is called “Text-Neck”. Doctors have found that excessive looking down at tech devices is causing pain in the neck, that usually doesn’t occur until middle or old age! Not only are really young people experiencing this pain, but when x-rayed their spines show “reverse curve spinal damage!”
This damage turned up on 14-year-old Sarah Aitchison’s x-ray. You will see her meeting with Dr. Chad Cotter who speaks about the alarming number of high school students he is seeing with generalized neck pain, migraines, tension across shoulders and even numbness and tingling down their arms.
Watch the footage below to hear further discussion of this syndrome, it’s treatment and what lack of treatment will result in. Not only young people, but all of us need to be aware of what this posture can do in affecting premature aging of the spine.
Believe it or not there is actually an App that can be utilized to warn you when you have been in “Text-Neck” position for too long!
