WATCH: When She First Put Cinnamon Buns On The Waffle Iron I Was Confused. But When She’s Done YUM!
Waffle makers are not just for making waffles. They are actually very versatile machines that can cook up a whole lot more than what they are named after. If you have one collecting dust in the kitchen drag it out and get some good use out of it once again. Check out this video from JumbleJoy that shows delicious recipes anyone can easily whip up. In no time at all you can be enjoying tasty, homemade desserts worthy of any 5 star restaurant.
The first recipe is cinnamon rolls. Heat the waffle iron to medium and coat it with a non-stick cooking spray. Break out some pre-made, store procured, cinnamon roll dough and place one in each waffle-section on the iron. Shut the lid and cook for about 1-2 minutes depending on how fast your waffle maker works. Remove the heavenly smelling rolls and serve them with butter, frosting, or whatever else you’d like.
The next recipe is for the chocolate lovers out there. Whip up a batch of brownies from scratch or go the easy way and make the boxed type. Heat iron to medium, coat with cooking spray, and place a small scoop of batter in each section, then close the lid. Cook for 3-4 minutes and allow them to cool before removing.
The last recipe is for a cake batter waffle. Heat iron to medium, spray with cooking oil, then mix up your favorite type of cake, whether it be boxed or homemade, and place a small scoop into each waffle section. Cook for 2-3 minutes and allow them to cool before removing, then serve with fresh fruit, frosting, ice cream, or whatever you fancy.
I made some of these and they turned out very moist and delicious. Best of all they can be made and cooked really fast. The waffle brownies were perfect for making ice-cream sandwiches with. Just toss them in the freezer for a couple of hours, then scoop ice-cream onto one, mush another on top, and place back in the freezer. Check out the video and try this yourself!

He Puts Toilet Paper On The Carpet And Heats It With A Hair Blower. The Reason Is Unexpectedly GENIUS.
image via – youtube.com
Practically every household in America has at least one hair dryer somewhere inside of it, especially if a female or person with longer hair lives in the home. The powerful gadgets are a beauty tool staple that make drying and styling hair a lot easier and quicker to do, but that’s not all they’re good for.
Household Hacker, one of the most inventive and ingenious YouTube channels out there, compiled a few of the most useful hair dryer hacks known to man in this video. These eight hacks are truly helpful so be sure to check them out because somewhere down the line at least one of them is guaranteed to come in handy! Without further ado, here is a breakdown of everything you need to know that’s covered in the video.
A common problem around the house are those ugly marks and stain rings that get left behind on furniture by hot or cold glasses. The unsightly stains are caused by moisture trapped in the finish and they can easily be removed by blowing hot air on the spot for a few minutes.
When you need to blow up an air mattress don’t waste your time and energy doing it by mouth or with a vacuum cleaner which likely requires specific attachments (that you’ve likely lost). Grab a plastic bottle, cut it in half, and attach it onto the end of the blow dryer with duct tape. Stick it snugly against the air hole and turn it on the coolest setting, the mattress will inflate quickly and effortlessly.
One of life’s slightly more painful experiences is when it comes time to remove band-aids or any other type of adhesives from our skin. It can feel like you’re ripping your hair and skin off and often a dirty, sticky residue gets left behind. To eliminate the pain and the mess, set a hair dryer to warm and aim it directly at the band-aid for a few minutes. Now when you go to remove, it should peel right off nice and easily.
If you ever need to open a sealed envelope without tearing or ripping it apart, simply blow warm air on the sticky part where it’s closed shut. After a few moments, slowly and gently begin peel up along the edges of the flap until it’s completely open. Now you can add or remove whatever you may need to, and re-seal it, without wasting a perfectly good envelope or package mailer.
Spilling hot, liquid candle wax can be a nightmare, especially if it lands right on a nice rug or the carpet. Cleaning up the hardened mess is near impossible to accomplish, unless you use this trick. Place a couple of paper towels over the wax and blow hot air directly on the spot for a couple of minutes. The paper towels will pick up and absorb the re-melted wax, and you may need to gently press on them to help get it all off.
De-wrinkle clothing without putting it in the dryer or ironing by misting on a little bit of water or Febreze spray. Use hot air to blow out the wrinkles and smooth them out as you go. After about just a minute or two your clothes will be smooth and presentable.
If you ever run into the issue of your glasses not fitting comfortably on your head anymore, use a blow dryer to fix them and get the fit back to being just right. Find out what part of the plastic needs tweaking and blow hot air on it until you’re able to re-mold it into a shape that fits.

This Woman Places Vodka On A Cotton Swab Then Rubs It On Her Face. The Reason? I Had No Idea!
image via – youtube.com
Vodka is the king of all hard alcohol spirits. It’s by far the number one best selling, and most consumed, hard alcohol beverage in the world. People love the spirit because it mixes well in cocktails and is widely available at a number of different price points.
A bottle of cheap vodka can be had for much less than $10, whereas some ultra premium brands and are extremely expensive and run into the hundreds or thousands of dollars. The clear liquid is not only versatile in all of the ways that it can be mixed and consumed, it can be further utilized in a variety of ways that don’t require any drinking at all.
This comes down to the fact that at its most basic form vodka is mainly just water and ethanol, which is produced by fermentation and then it’s distilled. The distillation process serves to remove any impurities or dilutions that may be present. Afterwards, what you end up with is alcohol in the vodka that’s pure and ideal for doing a number of things.
Below are some vodka hacks that can make your life easier. One alternative vodka use is for cleaning things around the house. Apply a splash of it to a soft cloth and then rub it on eye or sun glasses to give them a streak-free, clean finish.
All you have to do is gently rub the lenses until the dirt, smudges, and grease are gone and you’re done. Vodka is also perfect for cleaning shaving razors and preventing them from rusting. Simply pour some vodka in a cup and soak the razor blade in it, this will also disinfect the blades.
An age old, yet not widely known, secret for keeping cut flowers looking fresh for longer is to mix in a dash of the spirit with water in the vase. Flower bouquets will appear healthy for much longer, so long as you keep changing the water and vodka every few days. Also, to keep your skin and face looking fresh, try using some vodka as an astringent.
Apply it with a cotton ball onto your face to help clean up any acne or zits and to reduce the appearance of pores. Another health and beauty use for vodka is that it can make dull hair appear shinier. Add a few drops of vodka in with your shampoo and then wash and rinse as usual.
When your hair dries you should notice that it looks healthier and shinier. Finally, vodka foot soaks can kill any bacteria on stinky feet and leave them smelling neutral. The alcohol in the spirit is strong enough to kill the bacteria, which are causing the smell, and if you don’t have time to soak your feet you can also rub them down with vodka to clean them quickly.
The above uses are just a few of the many alternative ways that vodka can be utilized around the house and in beauty routines. If you have a bottle collecting dust, or the next time you happen to have one laying around unused, try using it in a non-traditional manner. Or, fix yourself a cocktail, relax, and cheers!

I Was Confused When He Poured A Full Glass Of Salt Down The Drain. But The Reason Is BRILLIANT!
image via – youtube.com
Salt is a common mineral which can be found all over the Earth. It can also be found in practically every kitchen and household in the world and it’s a mainstay we use to flavor and preserve foods. However, there are lots of different uses for salt that extend far beyond seasoning dishes.
This video covers some of the most helpful salt hacks out there, be sure to check it out because somewhere down the line these will likely come in handy! If you ever find that your iron has something sticky, gooey, and gross melted onto the bottom of it, try this simple trick to clean it off.
Set the iron to hot, grab a sheet of wax paper and sprinkle a layer of salt on top, then rub the iron back and forth across it. The salt picks up the residue and causes it to clump, leaving behind a clean iron. Eggs can be a real pain to clean up and if you ever drop one accidentally simply pour salt over the runny mess and wait 10-15 before cleaning it up.
The salt turns the liquid parts to gel so that when you wipe it up it stays together and doesn’t drip or run all over the place, saving you a lot of paper towels in the process! Another cooking salt hack involves dangerous grease fires which cannot, and should not ever, be put out with water.
Pouring water on a grease fire simply makes it worse and you want to smother the fire, not spread it. One of the best ways to put it out is by pouring salt directly onto the flames, thereby cutting off what’s fueling the fire, oxygen, and extinguishing it immediately.
If you have pots and pans that are all dirty with caked on, burnt crud, salt can help clean them up. Coat the bottom of the pan with a layer of salt, add a little water, wait 10 minutes, then wipe away the mess and rinse it off. In similar fashion, salt can also clean grease and burnt crud off of a dirty sponge.
Place 2 cups of water in a small container, dissolve in ¼ cup of salt, submerge the dirty sponge and allow it to soak overnight. The next day all you have to do is remove the sponge, it should be clean and back to being usable.
One of the hardest areas of the bathroom to clean is the stains on tubs and sinks. This method for cleaning them is a little harsh, but extremely effective. You’ll need a pair of rubber safety gloves and proper ventilation, so open a window and be cautious handling the solution.
Mix together equal parts turpentine and salt, about a cup of each is recommended, then apply the solution and undissolved salt to a sponge and use it to scrub the stains. After about a minute you should begin to notice the spots disappearing and when you’re done the bathroom will be shiny and clean.
While you’re cleaning the tun, if you have a clogged drain, salt can help you clear it up. First, remove as much of the blockage and hair as you can before combining ¼ cup of baking soda with a ¼ cup of salt. Mix it up and pour it down the drain, then pour about a ½ cup of white vinegar down right after, and watch as it fizzles up.
Let this sit for at least 15 minutes while it works to eat away at the clog. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and when times up pour it directly down the drain to clear out any remaining clog.
Hope these salt hacks are helpful and of some use to you! Let us know if they worked for you!
