Are Your Hands and Feet Always Cold? THIS Is What It Means and Why!
Do you complain that your hands and feet are always cold, while others don’t seem to have that problem? You may have been told that this is due to poor circulation, but contrary to popular thought, this is usually not the case!
Exposure to cold, for us “warm-blooded” humans, causes us to try to keep our internal body temperature normal, and the body does this by constricting small blood vessels. It happens that the location of these small vessels are just under the surface of our hands and feet, which causes less blood to flow there, so that the deeper part of our body stays warm.
Your core stays warm while your extremities get colder faster. In actuality, some people just experience the cold in their extremities moreso than others, but nothing may actually be wrong with your circulation. There are some exceptions, that may have to do with nerve damage, or in Reynaud’s disease. As with all issues, if you are concerned, go get checked out by your doctor.
I found the video you are about to watch below, really interesting and informative, about why some people seem to complain about being “always freezing” or “chronically boiling hot”. Often married people argue about room temperature, because men tend to be hotter than women.
However, as you will hear, although weight and size, gender, diet, age, sleep patterns, lifestyle and how happy you are in your environment can influence warmth perception, there is something else going on here.
As “D News” explains in the upcoming footage, though all humans are warm-blooded…capable of regulating our internal body temperature regardless of the temperature of our environment, as individuals we vary widely on how hot or cold we feel. The key factor in temperature regulation begins in the BRAIN, and this is controlled by HORMONES.
Their discussion of of this crazy phenomenon goes into detail about gender differences, age, lifestyle, the effect of estrogen, your BMI and many other factors. You may be surprised to hear of a study which found a link between loneliness and your perception of cold! If your hands and feet are always cold, some lifestyle changes in becoming more active, are suggested.

Apparently If You Press This Point And Hold For 2 Minutes THIS Happens To Your Body!

All around the world people are constantly searching for natural and alternative ways to help treat their health conditions and disorders. They don’t want to have to rely on modern health options, which usually involve harsh and expensive pharmaceuticals, that often have even worse side effects than the actual issue itself. Many people end up turning to homeopathic remedies in an effort to naturally balance and help heal their bodies, as well as their minds.
One of the most popular and effective treatment methods comes from the ancient Chinese alternative medicine field of acupressure. The simple act of applying pressure to various points on our bodies does wonders to dissolve away aches, pains, tension, and the built up stresses hampering our bodies.
Acupressure works by stimulating the thousands of nerves in the hands and feet, thereby increasing blood flow. Human feet have over 15,000 nerves and they all connect to form a network that reaches different areas of the body, such as our main organs and glands.
Many have found that by using the simple techniques at home they could dramatically relieve pain and discomfort caused by common ailments. People have relieved headaches, digestion issues, sleep problems, back pain, and more by massaging points on the feet associated with the area in which the problem stems from.
One such point is called the Great Rushing, which is located in between the big toe and the second toe. By pressing and applying pressure to this point for at least 2 minutes a day it helps to relieve nausea, abdominal pain, back pain, menstrual cramps, vomiting, headaches, insomnia and other sleep disorders. Refer to the video for more information about the many other benefits it can yield, and to see exactly where it’s located.
Another point that works wonders when massaged is the Three Yin Crossing point. To locate it you first must find the highest peak on your inner ankle bone. From that spot measure about four finger widths up your inner leg, and the point will be just behind the shin bone.
Once you have located it, press down with your thumb on the point for a total of 6 seconds, then release for 2 seconds, and repeat this for at least 5 minutes. After, switch feet, find the spot on your other leg, and repeat. If you find that this form of acupressure is helpful you can repeat it once more on each leg.
Also, if you feel any pain when you press down that means you are in the wrong spot and should stop immediately. It’s recommended that you do this massage at night and regularly to achieve optimal results. Studies have shown that the Three Yin Crossing point can effectively reduce pain and discomfort stemming from menstrual cramps.
It can also be used to alleviate bloating, gas, and digestion problems, as well as to help improve urological and pelvic disorders. In addition, the simple massage can help people a lot in dealing with stress and anxiety, chronic fatigue, and insomnia.
The treatments are incredibly simple, easy to do, convenient, and don’t cost a penny if done in the comfort of your home. If you’re hesitant or doubtful about whether or not acupressure could help you try thinking about it like this; you have nothing to lose and potentially lots to gain by giving yourself a foot massage. At the very least you’ll feel more at ease, relaxed, and comfortable.
Our legs and feet go through a lot of abuse daily and we often neglect them. So tonight kick off your shoes, peel off your socks, and give yourself a massage! Doing this right before you go to bed will help you to relax, fall asleep faster, and sleep better overall. Try it and let others know to help them find comfort and better health in their own lives!

Boyfriend and Girlfriend Go For a Romantic Walk Along The Beach. 48 Hours Later They Notice Their Feet Look Strange!
image via – youtube.com
It was supposed to be a dream vacation, a way to unwind and relax on a tropical beach. But for one young Canadian couple, it turned out to be a nightmare. Katie Stevens, 22, and her boyfriend Eddie Zytner, 25, of Ontario Canada flew to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic looking forward to making new memories and had high hopes for their vacation. They checked into the IFA Villas Bavaro Resort which was a short walk from the beach and set out to make the most of their trip.
A few days into their stay was when they first noticed that both their feet were itchy, but they brushed it off as sand flies. They’d heard that the pesky insects were common in the area and thought nothing much of it. Yet with each passing day their feet grew more and more itchy surely, they thought, it would soon pass.
Upon returning home to Canada the itching persisted, not only had it gotten worse, but now their feet were painfully swollen and blistering. It soon got to the point where they had to seek medical treatment, so they headed to the local hospital. The first two doctors they saw were unsure as to what was causing their symptoms. Frustrated, they consulted a third doctor who finally had a diagnosis for them; it was a parasitic infection caused by larva migrans, more commonly known as hookworms.
The couple was immediately put on medication to treat the infection, but there was a hang up. According to Katie, “Health Canada denied out request to receive the medicine we needed to treat our infection and we were forced to get medicine from the States.” Because it was not licensed in Canada, their doctor had to put in a special request and submitted pictures of their blistered, swollen feet along with it. The response from Health Canada was that their cases were not severe enough, which makes you wonder what constitutes severe!
Thankfully Zytner’s mother drove to Michigan and was able to purchase the medicine for the couple who were extremely grateful for her help. Looking back on their trip, the couple believe they contracted the parasitic infection when they went for a walk barefoot on a beach early on during their stay. Soon after that was when they noticed their feet were itchy and from there it snowballed out of control. Now that their wounds have healed and the infection is gone they won’t be walking barefoot on the beach anytime soon.

She Places Her Feet In A Listerine Bath For A Half Hour and Her Reason Is Genius!
image via – youtube.com
Day in and day out our hands and feet take a beating. Out of all our body parts they are perhaps the most used ones, making problems and issues that develop with them inevitable. Feet in particular are often overlooked and many of us will have to deal with calluses, cracked heels, toenail fungus, and dead skin at some point in our lives.
These things can grow worse over time and it’s best to treat them right away, before what was once a simple case turns into a nightmare of a problem. There are all sorts of gels, creams, sprays, and soaks available at pharmacies and stores that promise to treat foot issues but they are often ineffective and extremely harsh.
The chemicals and poisons they contain can have even worse effects on your body than the problem you’re trying to treat, so it’s best to avoid them at all costs. Instead, try this at home remedy that can clean your feet up and leave them smelling minty fresh.
All that you need is a shallow tub or container big enough to fit your feet, a bottle of Listerine, vinegar, and some warm water. In the tub combine a ½ cup of Listerine with ½ cup of vinegar and 2 cups of warm water. Stick your feet in the liquid and allow them to soak for at least 30-35 minutes, then after you remove them, rinse them off in the bath under warm running water.
Make sure to completely dry in between your toes and smooth on some lotion because your skin will be thirsty for moisturizer. This Listerine and vinegar foot soak will leave your skin feeling incredibly soft and silky smooth. It gently dissolves away old, dead skin cells and helps to prevent both toenail fungus and calluses.
The alcohol in the mouthwash effectively kills all of the bacteria and germs on feet and under toenails, which is the main cause of most people’s foot odor. However, it only helps with minor problems and won’t work so well with more serious or advanced foot issues that often require a doctor.
This treatment is incredibly simple, easy, and can be done in the comfort of your home anytime. Think about it like this; you have nothing to lose and potentially lots to gain by giving yourself a relaxing foot soak. At the very least you will feel more at ease and comfortable, plus your feet will smell great.
Try it today and pass this along to others to help them find comfort and better health in their own lives!

If You Or Anyone You Know Has These Shoes You Need To Throw Them Out Immediately!
We all like footwear that is open and allows our feet to breathe in the heat of summer; sandals are in order, but many people love “flip flops” and “Crocs”…due to their comfort and ease of slipping on and off. Both flip flops and Crocs, however, have been seriously critiqued by the medical profession.
The Crocs company have made claims of therapeutic health benefits for the feet, that have not been backed up by any scientific data. According to Dr. Alex Kor, the president of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, any shoe that doesn’t contain the “shank”, which supports the entire arch of the foot, should not be worn for hours at a time. Neither flip flops nor Crocs contain a shank, and as such should be worn for a quick errand or to the beach only. Kors goes on to say that he sees patients complaining of severe arch and heel pain when Crocs are their primary footwear.
A podiatrist at the “Illinois Bone and Joint Institute”, Dr. Megan Leahy, says that because Crocs and flip flops leave the heel unstable, there is a tendency to grip on with the toes which eventually leads to “tendonitis, worsening of toe deformities, nail problems, corns and calluses”. The bottom line is that they can’t be worn for hours at a time without resulting in foot problems.
All this being said, you will hear about a further hazard of wearing flip flops and Crocs, in the VIDEO you are about to watch below. There have been case after case, of Crocs getting caught on ESCALATORS, and causing severe damage to both children’s and adults’ feet! They actually havethe potential for more serious consequences both on escalators and getting stuck on brakes in cars. Flip flops present the same hazards. Let us know what you think after watching the following footage.

Baby Bear Approaches a Human But The Unexpected Happens When He Touches Her Feet
An adorable baby bear cub named Bella may be the closest thing to a real-life teddy bear that you’ll ever get to see! She’s a happy go lucky grizzly bear who doesn’t mind being picked up, hugged, and cuddled. In fact, one of her favorite things to do is play and have her feet tickled. As strange as that sounds, she absolutely loves it and this clip of her smiling and happily rolling around is proof in point (around the 28 second mark).
Even though Bella looks safe and secure now, the early part of her life was anything but that. She was just a young cub when she was found all alone in the wilds of Alaska. Her mother was nowhere in sight and without human intervention she faced certain death.
Thankfully she was rescued and brought to the Montana Grizzly Encounter, a sanctuary and education center run by Casey Anderson. Anderson’s wildlife refuge takes in both orphaned bears and ones that have been held in captivity their entire lives. Those bears are often too used to human contact and lack the skills they’d need to survive in nature.
Anderson is a naturalist and a grizzly bear expert. He’s no novice when it comes to teaching, training, caring for, and interacting with grizzlies of all ages. These days he hosts two Nat Geo WILD shows, America the Wild with Casey Anderson and Expedition Wild, but his passion for rescuing bears started back in 2002.
That’s when he saved his first Grizzly, whom he later named Brutus, and since then he’s expanded to educating not only the public about bears, but the bears themselves! What you see in the clip is him teaching Bella important life lessons. By tickling her feet he’s accomplishing several things at once.
He’s bonding with her, making her comfortable around him, and most important of all, he’s asserting and establishing his dominance over her. That way, when she grows up into a hugely powerful bear, she’ll be less inclined to injure or kill him or other people.
Instilling boundaries and showing what is acceptable and what’s not at a young age is key to training and adapting a bear to life at a sanctuary. Bella will have to share her new home with other bears in the future and these lessons extend into making her interactions with them as smooth and peaceful as possible.
Anderson is an experienced professional who managed to turn his love and passion for bears into a fulfilling and successful career rescuing and rehabilitating them.
He’s living the American dream and judging by this video Bella also appears to be doing extremely well. One day she’ll make a fine adult Grizzly Bear when she’s all grown up.
