His Human Washes His Favorite Stuffed Toy. Now Watch What The Hidden Video Camera Caught!
Nothing demonstrates a Golden Retriever’s natural affinity for retrieving stuff than this video. In it an adorable and very sweet looking Retriever is on a mission to find her favorite teddy bear! Her mom took the stuffed bear to clean it and stuck it in the washing machine.
Knowing how much her dog loves the plushy toy, mom explained that “We set up a little sting operation to see if we could catch her on camera stealing it out of the washing machine…” One hidden camera shows the sneaky dog entering the laundry room, whereupon she immediately catches sight of her teddy bear in the front loading washer.
Tail wagging, she heads right on over to the machine and after a quick look about she sticks her head in and grabs the bear with her teeth. A second camera mounted inside the machine records the adorable moment, giving us a clear shot of the action. Mission accomplished, the dog rescued her favorite teddy and now it’s back in her loving paws!
The video shows that this Golden Retriever certainly lives up to her name, as the dogs were originally bred in the mid 19th century to find and recover game birds and waterfowl. She went straight for her teddy bear and scooped it out of the washer. It’s kind of like the modern day urban equivalent of getting a bird out of a pond!
While she didn’t get wet, she probably wouldn’t have been bothered if she had. Retrieving activities required the dogs to jump into all sorts of marshes, streams, and other bodies of water so they had to be easily trainable and couldn’t hesitate to get wet. Over the years the breed has become well known for their love of water, and with their naturally water-repellent coats, they are more than built for it.
Golden Retrievers are awesome companions and make wonderful family pets. They are sweet, loyal, trainable and even-tempered dogs who are perfect for families with young children. Those traits, along with their intelligence, also makes them excellent service dogs, especially for the blind. The list goes on and on and there are so many other great qualities about this breed.
One that stands out is their instinctive ability to find and recover items, like their favorite teddy bears and plushy toys!

Dog Snatches This Little Girl And Throws Her To The Other Side Of The Room. The Reason Is Scary!
image via: facebook.com
Animals are incredibly in-tune with nature and are often aware of everything around them. When something seems off or strange they usually notice and pick up on it right away. That’s why many domestic pets, and dogs in particular, often alert us to hidden dangers long before we would’ve perceived them.
Just their reaction to a threat is enough to make most people pay attention because when dogs sense danger they bark, growl, become defensive, and act way differently than their usual self. More often than not, when a dog see’s that their human companion is in trouble they don’t hesitate to step in and help out in whatever way they possibly can.
For one Doberman Pinscher, that meant grabbing his new families 17-month old child by the diaper and tossing her several feet through the air. It sounds alarming, and the girl’s mother who was looking on was shocked when she saw that exact scene play out, but once you know why it makes perfect sense.
The incredible series of events all took place in Australia where a little girl named Charlotte Svilicic was outside playing in the yard with the family dog, a beautiful black and brown Doberman named Khan.
Catherine Svilicic, the girl’s mother, was watching the two through a window when she noticed the dog was being rather aggressive and acting uncharacteristically rough. Khan began to nudge Charlotte around, gently at first, but then he started to growl and snarl seemingly out of nowhere.
Suddenly, he sunk his teeth firmly into the toddler’s diaper and threw her behind him. She went sailing through the air and landed several feet away. Catherine was understandably angry and shocked by what she’d just seen, but when she went outside to check on her baby and investigate, her shock turned to relief and gratitude.
It turned out that Khan had been protecting Charlotte from a king brown snake that was slithering around nearby under the house. Considered one of the world’s most venomous, the deadly snake was too close for comfort.
Khan recognized the threat and acted quickly to move the little girl out of harms way. Catherine recalled, “I realized quickly it was a snake and Khan had been trying to get in between her and the snake before he threw her.” However, with all the commotion going on the snake became startled and bit the dog on his paw.
The snake venom quickly took its toxic effect and Khan became very sick. He made it inside the house before collapsing and Catherine wasted no time rushing him to the emergency vet. After receiving a shot of anti-venom and staying the night in the hospital, Khan made a full recovery and was soon back with his new family.
What makes this story all the more awesome and unexpected is the fact that Khan had been adopted by the Svilicic’s only four days prior to the incident. His previous owner had starved and beaten him to the point where he was suffering from multiple broken ribs when he was found.
His rescuers even thought about putting him down because he’d been abused and neglected so badly that they were unsure about whether or not he would ever recover or be re-homed. Thankfully they didn’t and now he has a family that loves him and will treat him right.
Khan’s story just goes to show how selfless and heroic animals can be. Even after experiencing a lifetime of abuse and neglect, he found love and kindness with his new family and was willing to die in order to protect them after just four days.
If that’s not a powerful testament to the unbreakable bonds that rescued animals form with their new owners, then I don’t know what could be…

This Dog Died From Drinking Out Of A Puddle On The Grass. The Reason Is Scary!
Leptospirosis is a potentially deadly disease that affects humans and animals. The bacteria can be contracted through the urine of livestock, wildlife, and rodents. This means that pets are susceptible when drinking from puddles or open water, or eating dirty grass and feces.
The illness can cause kidney and liver failure, making it a severe threat especially to small animals. Symptoms include vomiting, diarrhea, increased thirst and urination, fatigue, fever, and blood in the urine.
Although leptospirosis is not a new disease, new strains of it are emerging which make its prevention more difficult. There is controversy among veterinarians about whether or not to administer the available vaccine.
The treatment has a tendency to cause extreme side effects such as diarrhea and vomiting which can become fatal. Not only does it have the possibility of being deadly, the leptospirosis vaccine only kills four out six known strains of the organism.
Other veterinarians see leptospirosis as a real danger to pets and their owners, witnessing the disease multiple times per month in a busy practice. These vets recommend the lepto vaccine to all dogs with exception to those who rarely go outside.
The belief is that the benefit of prevention outweighs the risk of contracting the horrible sickness. Another reason to diligently inhibit the disease is because it is zoonotic, meaning is passes from animals to humans and therefore can spread from pets to owners.

Woman Struggles While Trying Out A New Yoga Pose. Now Watch The Dog Show Her How It’s Done!
image via: facebook.com
There are certain animals in this world who are naturals at yoga. They have some serious skills and amazing abilities when it comes to flexing and contorting their furry little bodies into the craziest positions, all without even thinking about it! You can see that it comes naturally to them in their everyday movements and for proof of this look no further than cats and dogs.
Practically every time a dog or cat switches positions, or gets up from a nap, they have to yawn and do a big stretch before flopping back over into yet another yoga-like pose to resume their sleep. Our pets bodies were seemingly built for stretching and that’s why they’re among the top performers in the world of what we humans call yoga!
If people want to be able to keep up with their pets in the yoga department, they have a lot of catching up to do. One woman was doing just that and decided to film herself practicing her yoga technique. She sat down her mat and positioned her camera so that it was aimed directly at it, then got straight to work. In the video you can see her trying out a new yoga pose as she tells her dog to also try the move!
As she awkwardly struggles to perform the pose the dog shows her up and effortlessly masters it with both ease and grace. The adorable yogi dog is further living proof that animals are simply naturals when it comes to the ancient practice. They have inherent and incredible stretching abilities that put all of us humans to shame!
If this woman really wants to do yoga with her dog, then she should bring her canine friend to an animal yoga class. A growing number of studios offer classes where humans and animals, mainly just cats and dogs, can get their stretch on. A variety of specific poses and maneuvers have even been specially developed for our four-legged animal companions.
So rather than tripping over your poor pet while switching between poses, you can instead incorporate them into a session, and both of you will be happier and healthier from the experience. After all, a yogi dog (or cat) can teach us mere mortals a lot about stretching, so why not partner up with your pet!

This Bulldog Pup Attempts To Balance On A Hammock. The Results Are An Unexpected Surprise!
The question is, what is going through the mind of Columbus, the adorable bulldog in the video you are about to watch? At first he just seems to be trying to get settled on the hammock in his yard in Hungary. It is pouring rain, so this couldn’t be his solution for getting out of the rain, could it? No, not at all! Apparently, this cute little fella’s favorite place to be, when it rains, is on this hammock. Well, not exactly on it!
According to his owner, who luckily was able to capture Columbus in action, says that his laugh out loud activity on the hammock, is all about a place to “see saw” while he tries to bite the rain drops! As you watch his antics, it seems that he is trying to balance on the hammock, but as soon as he gets settled in the middle he romps to the edge and slides off it.
Columbus is just like a kid playing joyfully in the rain. He isn’t having trouble balancing at all. That’s just not his goal. Resting on the the hammock is just too boring, so he keeps tipping it over, turning it into a slide over and over and over again. He’s not upset at all, but barks to signal that he’s on his favorite “slip n’ slide”, and is calling out “Watch me do it again mom!”
