Babies love to babble. The random streams of adorable noises that they make are them practicing how to make different sounds. To adults, it all sounds like unintelligible gibberish and whatever a child may be trying to say is anyone’s guess. The same goes for our pets, especially cats and all the meows, purrs, growls, and other cute noises they make!
Even though grown ups are all but in the dark when it comes to understanding what their infant kids and pets are trying to say, perhaps fur babies and human babies can communicate on some other level. The idea may be a little strange, but when you see this video it will make a lot more sense.
In the clip a baby girl and the family cat are having a little chit chat. According to the girl’s father, a YouTube user named Lenny, the pair are always holding their own weird little types of full length conversations. Every morning the two babble happily back and forth with one another, just like how you can see and hear in the video!
Lenny’s daughter and the tabby cat are so into their adorable conversation as they go back and forth that it’s like they’re in their own world. The most surprising thing about it all is that the kitty appears to truly understand what the little girl is saying and vice versa. It’s as if the cat is talking back to her and responding in kind with meow meows.
Maybe they really are engaged in an intelligent conversation. Plus, the cat doesn’t try to stop or put an end to the chat after a couple of seconds. Rather than walk off, the tabby sticks around and stays close by the little girls side. It even follows her around and continues talking with her.

Mama Catches and Films Her Cat’s Hysterical Nightly Ritual.

Cats are awesome and so are all of the cute, adorable, and hilarious video clips they star in. If you happen to be a cat person, then you’ll understand the sentiment and agree with the fact that there’s just something about a good old cat video that makes us feel good inside. It’s as if the little kitties have some magical ability to make us smile and viewing the right clip can turn your whole day around.
So if you started the day off on a low note, do yourself a favor and watch this classic cat video. It’ll amp things up a little and then you can end it on a higher note. This is one of those rare YouTube gems that has managed to withstand the test of time. It was originally uploaded back in September of 2008 by the user hkbecky. She managed to capture what has arguably gone on to become one of the Internet’s best cat videos ever!
She was recording her two kitties, who are named Goo and Yat Jai, playing a game of patty cake. They stand facing one another on top of her computer desk and touch their paws together on and off. According to hkbecky, her feline companions love to play patty cake all the time but when they feel that she is watching or filming them, they immediately cease all play. Then, when they think she’s no longer looking, they get right back to where they left off!
Here’s where this video went from good to amazing. Fast forward a few years to November of 2010. That was when fellow YouTube user JC Elliot posted his new take on the original, which by the way had already become an instant cult classic among cat video aficionados. He gave the clip an instant upgrade by translating Goo and Yat Jai’s actions into English and giving us his imagined version of what they were saying.
In the end, he really dreamed up the perfect narrative and the voice-over he added is absolutely on point. The final cut is a hilarious, perfectly timed performance of a game of catty-cake, as it has come to be affectionately known by. Cat Looks In The Mirror For The First Time Ever. He Proceeds To Make The Most Hysterical Face Ever.
When you train your camera on a newborn baby you never know what you may end up filming, especially when your fur babies are wandering around nearby! This video is the perfect case in point and once you watch it you’ll understand why the short, sweet clip has racked up over 6.9 million views on YouTube ever since it was posted.
The home video starts out with an adorable little baby sitting next to a bed. The young child’s proud parent is looking on while filming the precious moment when something catches the baby’s attention. Suddenly a faint meow can be heard off-screen and the camera pans to the right, revealing a beautiful Scottish Fold kitty!
The curious cat had decided to stop by the bedroom to pay her owner and the baby a visit and she announced her arrival with a series of short mews. As she began to walk over towards the camera to greet her human she passed in front of a mirror and caught a glimpse of her reflection in the glass. That’s when the magic happened and the look on her face suddenly became animated and her eyes went wide. The startled looking expression she made is hilarious and adorable all at once. You have to check out how surprised she looked because it’s pure feline silliness at its best!
On a final note, the cat didn’t actually recognize its reflection as being its own in the mirror. Cats do not possess the ability to self-recognize based on how they have performed on the mirror self-recognition test. For that test an animal is anesthetized and while they are out they are marked with something, like paint, on an obscure part of their body.
They are placed close to a mirror and when they come to are observed closely to see if they either examine or touch the mark in any meaningful type of way. If they do, it is interpreted as a clear sign that they are perceiving the reflection in the mirror as their own self-image. As it turns out, cats are in the majority as not many animals have passed the mirror test. So far only humans and other great apes, dolphins, orcas, the Eurasian Magpie, Asian Elephants, and some types of ants have passed it.
In the end, the Scottish Fold in the video likely saw her reflection as being either another cat or something strange and super weird. Dad Tells His Dog He Bought a New Pet From The Pet Store. He Proceeds To Throw a Hysterical Fit.
When it comes to cats and dogs, it seems like they either get along great or they can’t stand each other. You never know how they’re really going to act until you socialize and introduce them to other pets. When a cat and dog initially meet the general belief is that the earlier in life they do that, the better they will get along with one another. Sometimes the initial meeting between the pets goes smooth as silk. Other times, the first meeting can go horribly wrong and a close watch and lots of intervention is necessary before the two animals are comfortable enough to be together alone. Â Every animal is different and just like their human counterparts, some of them are more solitary and like being alone, while others prefer having company and are more social in nature.
The adorable black and white dog in this clip falls under the latter category, he would absolutely love and adore to have a fellow animal companion by his side. Well, at least that’s how his owner imagines his dog’s thoughts and feelings to be! Although most likely these are this cute pups precious wish to have a new best friend! He especially does not want a snake, hamster, guinea pig, mouse, gerbil, newts or parrots. This pup is very clear he wants a new kitty!

Every Time The Mailman Delivers The Mail This Angry Cat Throws The Most Hysterical Fit.
Mail carriers are no strangers to having to deal with some wacky and unusual characters while they’re out delivering mail on their routes. Many of them have more than a few tales to tell about all of the wildly colorful animals and people they’ve encountered over the years. When it comes to animals, most of the time it’s aggressive, over-eager dogs that a mailman has to watch out for and be careful around. Lots of postal workers carry dog biscuits with them wherever they go because the tasty treats help them win over antsy pets. Dogs feel less threatened after they’ve been tossed a treat and the biscuits also work to momentarily distract them while a carrier goes about making his deliveries.
As common as it may be for dogs to harass mailmen, for one postal worker the issue he faces daily isn’t an overprotective dog. Instead it’s feline related! The unnamed US Postal employee recorded his daily run-in with one of the cats on his route and shared it online so the world could witness what he has to deal with.
The clip starts off with the mailman parking his truck at the curb. As he heads towards the front door the cat can be seen in the window beside it, ready and waiting for the man to come closer. He remarks aloud “kitty cat ready to do battle” before saying hello to the spotted tabby and then goes to make his mail delivery. As he tries to slip the mail through the slot in the door the cat blocks it aggressively and sends the papers flying! The mailman picks up the mail and tries to deliver it again, and again, and again…every time he tries to push it through the cat is there blocking the slot and firmly rejecting all of his attempts. At one point the man wonders to himself how he’s ever going to deliver it and he even remarks the cat is getting stronger, good luck with that one!
The viral video has racked up over 2.5 million views and illustrates perfectly just how strange and crazy some of the stuff that mailmen have to put up with can get. This cat won’t let anything past the door and is definitely a pain in the mail slot!

Kitty Sees Donald Trump On TV Apologizing. Then Proceeds To Throw a Hysterical Fit.

Reading feline behavior can be quite tricky. Cat owners everywhere know how strange their fur babies can be and at times it’s really hard to decode their mysterious ways. However, there are also moments of lucidity and this cat is displaying clearness of thought and action!
His name is Hamlet the cat and there’s no doubt about it, he clearly dislikes Donald Trump. When Mr. Trump’s face appeared on Fox TV recently to apologize for his lewd remarks about women, Hamlet decided to use it as a scratch post! Something about it just set him off and the whole entire twenty one second video is him going to town on the laptop screen.
According to Hamlet’s owner, Susan Scoblink-O-Neill, her rescue kitty “loves the computer and is very interactive. He usually scratches the screen when there are bird or fish videos playing.” Even so, she added that “he hadn’t been doing that as much lately” until this Trump episode occurred. It turns out that Trump strikes a dissonant chord in not only people, but animals too.
Naturally, there are a range of remarks that such a cat video like this one has elicited in light of Trump’s own “pussy” related comments. His apology may have restored his supporter’s confidence in him, but this ginger kitty isn’t so ready and willing to turn a blind eye to the crude, offensive behavior. Hamlet is the latest in a series of cats who all appear to clearly feel the same way about the presidential candidate; they just don’t like him.
