Video: It Was A Calm Beautiful Day At The Beach. But What This Camera Caught Is Terrifying!
The Siberian region in Russia is not exactly known for having many hot sunny days that merit a relaxing trip to the beach. When such weather does present itself people naturally flock to the waters edge to cool off. On one particular occasion, people in the southwestern Siberian city of Novosibirsk were enjoying the sand and water, when a cold front suddenly rolled in.
Temperatures reportedly dropped from 41 to 21 degrees Celsius (about 106 down to 70 degrees Fahrenheit) in a matter of minutes. Strong winds picked up and, before anyone could gather their friends and family to pack up the beach gear and head home, hail began to rain down from the sky.
A man and woman recorded the storm and off camera can be heard commenting in Russian about how it had been clear, sunny, and perfect just a minute ago. Other beach-goers idly start picking up towels and gathering their belongings. The woman cracks a joke about Siberia and everyone shares a laugh. Then we hear “that’s hail” as it starts to fall from the sky.
Things start to fly by when the wind picks up and the mood changes noticeably from lighthearted to concerned. People come running out of the water as the hail continues to fall down even harder. Everyone heads for shelter and some take cover under water rafts, umbrellas, towels, or whatever they can find to shield and protect their heads and bodies from the golf ball sized ice pellets. The whole scene is chaotic with kids screaming, people running, and debris being picked up and tossed around by the gusty winds.
A few stragglers remain in the water, perhaps trying to beat the icy deluge by staying submerged for as long as possible. One poor woman comes out of the water towards the end of the video, shielding her head with her hands and clearly not happy about the situation. And why would she be?
Imagine being nearly naked and suddenly pelted with balls of ice falling from thousands of feet above. The film cuts off mid-storm, but it appears no one was seriously hurt. To end on a positive note, at least the change in weather cooled everyone off, so they have that to thank the skies above for!

Video: These Went To The Beach and Started Filming. What They Caught Is So Freaky!
A couple Canadian guys went to the beach for a little rest and relaxation, not expecting to have the experience of a life time. A group of Orca Whales swam up to the shore to give these guys a sight they would never see again. About half a dozen killer whales were only a few feet away from these lucky Canadians. This experience is so rare most people won’t even see it once in their lifetime. I’ve watched this multiple time and I am still in awe.
Then at 1:55 something absolutely insane goes down. One of the whales jumps on shore to the surprise of everyone. Maybe he had an itch he just couldn’t reach and needed a good scratching. Luckily the boy had the cameras rolling and caught it all on tape. This is probably the coolest video I have seen so far this year. I’ve pretty much shown everybody I know!
The footage captured is absolutely remarkable according to one Orca expert. I can’t believe how lucky they were to capture such an amazing moment on film. I can only hope one day I can see something even close to this. Meanwhile thank god for the internet so we can all enjoy these incredible moments in the comfort of our own homes. Have you ever seen anything like this?

Video: Mom Is Filming Her Daughter Paddle Out Into The Ocean. What She Caught Is Terrifying!
With the warm weather finally starting to come in after this brutal winter, I think most of us are fantasizing about the summer and going to the beach. There is nothing more relaxing than a beautiful day at the beach, sand at your feet, cool refreshing salt water, and warm sunshine. Relaxing with a nice cold beverage, kicking your feet up and enjoying the little things in life that make everything worth it.
In the following video a girl from Santa Cruz decided to take advantage of a picture perfect day on the water. As she paddles out on her surfboard her mother films from a distance. Then something completely terrifying and unexpected happened. A giant Humpback whale emerged out of the water and almost lands directly on the surfer and few kayakers near by.
Luckily no one was injured or killed in this video, however there have been incidents when people weren’t this lucky. When this lady took her surfboard out on this beautiful day, I’m pretty sure she never expected anything like this to go down. The next time I’m in the ocean you better believe I am going to be much more vigilant so I don’t find myself in a situation like this! How would you react in this situation?

With winter finally over, and temperatures rising, thoughts of summer and the beach may have started crossing your mind. There is no better therapy than beach therapy. The warm sun on your skin, the sand between your toes, and the refreshing ocean water to cool you down.
When going into the ocean we sometimes forget that we are not alone. We are sharing the open water with crustaceans, fish, whales and sharks. Some tourists recently had an extremely horrifying experience. They were enjoying a nice dip in the ocean, and were completely unaware of the danger that lurked beneath the surface of the water. My heart is still racing after watching the video below.
This year when you go on Spring Break or to your local beach always be vigilant and remember, you are never alone in the ocean. Remember safety first and fun second especially while swimming in the ocean at the beach!

Man Confronts These 2 Ladies Stealing His Stuff at The Beach. Then Chaos Ensues!
What goes around, comes around. If you do good things for others, good things will happen to you, and the opposite rings equally true as well. Two women learned this karmic lesson the hard way when they decided to do something terrible to a fellow beachgoer.
It all happened a few years back on the fourth of July at New Smyrna beach in Florida. A man who only wishes to be known as “Rich” was on vacation relaxing in the sunshine state with his young family. They came prepared and had set up a sweet spot on the beach complete with beach chairs, a canopy, and plenty of toys to keep the kids busy.
After a long day in the sun Rich’s young sons were burned out and so he and his wife decided to take them back to their room for a nap. They left their belongings at the beach and after about an hour and a half he returned to check on their stuff. When he arrived back at the beach he saw two middle aged women breaking down his canopy and nearby all of his chairs had been placed in his beach cart.
At first he assumed the women were doing him a favor and packing up his stuff so the beach patrol wouldn’t remove it. After all, it was a super busy day and with the beach crowded to the max, space was limited. However, the thought that perhaps the two women were stealing his stuff also crossed his mind and so he decided to confront and record them on camera just to be safe.
As he approached the women he inquired if the canopy belonged to them and one responded saying that it did, but that they didn’t know how to break it down. Then he asked if they needed help, to which one said ‘do you know how to do it?’ and he replied ‘yeah, this is our stuff.’ That’s when it dawned on the two thieves that they had been caught red-handed and were face to face with the rightful owner of the items they were in the middle of stealing!
Rather than give in or admit defeat, the two women switched gears and pretended to be confused. They looked around at all the stuff as if they had made an honest mistake and really did believe it was their own. One even pointed to his son’s toy laying in the sand off to the side, but their stalling and terrible acting were getting them nowhere. At this point Rich was ready to let them go and not make a big deal about it. He was just happy that he’d interrupted their crime and still had his stuff.
However, the women were not so easy going and when they noticed he was recording them they lost their minds. One lunged at him and ended up chasing him around the beach in her vain attempt to grab his phone. Their angry, aggressive reaction shows just how guilty they truly were and thankfully Rich recorded it all for the world to witness!
As for karma, the clip has been viewed well over fourteen million times and counting on YouTube. The ladies were named and shamed and it’s safe to say they won’t be trying this stunt again anytime soon. Check out the brazen thieves in action and see if you would have been so cool, calm, and collected like Rich was!

If You Notice A Beautiful Purple Thing On The Sand This Year Run Away Immediately!
Anyone headed to beaches along the eastern coastline this summer is being advised to keep a lookout for any Portuguese man-of-war both in the water and on the beach. The jellyfish relatives have been found washed ashore on a number of popular beaches, with the most recent sightings around the Charleston and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina areas.
As beautiful and exotic as the Portuguese man-of-war may appear, it poses a big risk to human health and wellness. The sea creatures look like pretty blue or purple tinted bubbles floating on the surface of the water, and have long, dark purple tentacles hanging down off them.
The tentacles are what makes the Portuguese man-of-war so hazardous because they’re full of venom and highly capable of delivering a very nasty and painful sting. They should be avoided whether found in the water or on the beach because even days after being washed up on shore they can still sting, no matter how long dead they may appear to be.
A sting from one can cause a number of reactions including painful red welts, cardiac distress, fever, shock, an allergic reaction that can lead to trouble breathing, paralysis, and possibly even death in extreme cases which are thankfully rare.
If you ever have the misfortune of being stung by one, seek professional medical treatment and do not pee on the area! Contrary to popular belief, doing that will only make it worse and instead you should use a cold compress to help relieve the pain and swelling.
While the floating bubble-like marine creatures are commonly referred to as a type of jellyfish, they are actually what is known as a siphonophore. Whereas jellyfish are single multi-cellular organisms, siphonophore are colonial organisms.
They are made up of many different individual animals that are interconnected and work together, yet are still capable of surviving independently. This type of physiological makeup is why the tentacles are still capable of stinging even after they become detached.
The accompanying New Jersey TV news clip covers more interesting facts and information on the Portuguese man-of-war and what scientists, beach patrols, and lifeguards are doing about them.
The news report from Long Beach Island featured the story a few summers back when they were washing up on shore more frequently than usual, which already seems to be the case this year as well. Check it out for more details and if you ever happen to see one of these things in the water, get out immediately!
