Going to the bathroom is something we all do every single day of our lives. It’s normal, healthy, and gives our bodies a sense of relief. From an early age we often hear from our doctors and mothers that when the urge to pee strikes, it’s best to head to the toilette as soon as possible to empty your bladder and if you don’t, it’s bad for you.
In a sense they are correct, but you never hear why it’s bad or what it could lead to, and the explanation and accompanying video will tell you why. Generally speaking, it’s only bad for your body when you hold in pee for a really long time and do it often. An adult bladder, on average, can hold up to about 2 cups of urine before the urge to relieve oneself kicks in.
Our bodies tell us when it’s time to go by measuring how full our bladders are with tiny receptors that line the inside wall of it. They send a message to the brain that signals it’s at or near capacity and soon after you should head to the toilette.
If you’re not near one or choose to hold it in, your bladder will remain closed off from the urethra with the help of cylindrical sphincters that keep it from leaking. That is what keeps us from peeing in our pants when our bladders are full.
However, for those who hold their pee in frequently for long periods of time, this can result in several health issues that often appear with age. One such problem is urinary retention, or not being able to completely empty your bladder.
When you constantly hold urine in your bladder muscles weaken and as you get older this can cause urinary retention. In addition, you place yourself at an increased risk of infection when you hold in a lot of urine because your bladder can become an ideal place for bacteria to grow and multiply.
This greatly heightens your risk of getting a urinary tract or bladder infection, both of which are very uncomfortable. On the extreme end of the spectrum, if you hold your pee in for even longer and your bladder is already damaged, it could end up bursting.
This is extremely rare but it has been documented throughout history. In those cases, people who held in their urine way past the point that their bodies told them to go, ended up dying from a burst bladder. It’s a terrible way to die and can easily be avoided by going to the bathroom when your body tells you to.
Now you know why your mother was always right that you shouldn’t try to hold in your pee and what can happen if you. In the end, it’s always best to go to the bathroom when you feel the urge to do so. Your body will be less stressed, you’ll feel better, and the odds of having to wear adult diapers later in life will be greatly reduced.

He Took THIS Pregnancy Test As A Joke. He Had No Idea THIS Would Save His Life!

Every once in a while you come across a story that is truly a real miracle! A reddit user whose name is Cappnpoopdeck thought it would be a hysterical joke to pee on his x-girlfriend’s pregnancy tests she had left in his bathroom. He took the pregnancy test urinated on it and to his surprise the test came back positive saying that indeed he was pregnant. He was confused and couldn’t understand how this was possible!
What started out as a funny gag to mess with his x-girlfriend actually ended up saving this lucky man’s life. This is something everyone should be aware of. As it turns out pregnancy tests look for raised levels of HCG, which is a hormone produced by pregnant women and men with testicular cancer!
Right after Cappnpoopdeck got word from fellow Redditors he immediately rushed over to his doctor. During the exam the doctor found a tumor in his testicle! If he never peed on this little stick, he probably would’ve died at such a young age. Thank god for the internet, which on this day happened to save this guy’s life! So with all the craziness on the internet these days, there is still amazing miracles that can happen!

The ‘Thin Blue Line’ is a concept that reflects a point of view concerning police culture. It is reflective of the worldview held by the police, that when they put on their blue uniform, it represents law and order. That ‘thin blue line’, they say, is what stands between a society that abides by the rules, and anarchy.
The thin line has grown thinner for police across the U.S.A. as “bad cops” have gone too far over that line, committing crimes themselves in the line of duty. The majority of the police force across the country, put themselves in harms way, as they protect citizens from the mayhem that exists in a world that has grown more violent every day!
The sheer magnitude of what they face, particularly in the big cities, is overwhelming. When the few bad cops, unfortunate circumstances, or prejudice officers result in the harm or deaths of innocent citizens, that thin blue line gets thinner and thinner.
These incidents in our society have been coming to the fore and have resulted in a backlash against the police. Although some of this is warranted, it has increasingly made it more and more dangerous for good cops to do their job.
One citizen, a small business owner Anthony Welichko, saw the public tide turning against the police, and he wanted to do something that would show support for the cops who do a good job, and who have become increasingly afraid for their own lives!
He began an initiative after posting a message to law enforcement on his Facebook page. He has called the movement ‘The Safe Harbor Initiative’. His post has been shared more than 85,000 times by people who support what he is saying!
The thin blue line painted on a curb in front of people’s houses as part of his initiative, it is a symbol of support and gratitude for the work they do. “To all the police out there doing their jobs to keep us safe every day. We thank you!”
His heartfelt expression and explanation of his initiative should be watched in the video below. It is food for thought in a world in which too often we see things in black and white, and don’t consider the shades of gray that truly represent the work of ‘The Thin Blue Line’.

Printed U.S.A. money has been around for 100’s of years, starting in 1690 when the Massachusetts Bay Colony issued its very first paper currency. For the next 173 years there were many types of different monies being printed and used throughout The USA which inevitably led to mass confusion and the rapid rise of counterfeit, or fake, currency and bills!
Recognizing the urgent need for a unified and one national monetary system, President Lincoln signed the National Banking Act in 1863 that established the federal dollar as The United States of America’s 1 and only official currency. However, this did not deter scammers in their attempts to beat the unified system and to this day fake money and currency is being made and put into circulation.
There are all sorts of sophisticated ways to both produce and detect counterfeit money. The most common detection method used by stores is the counterfeit detection pen that you often see cashiers swiping on money. They are looking to see if a black mark appears, if one does the bill is fake, and no black mark means it’s real.
The government is always changing up it’s security features to keep ahead of sophisticated fakes. They use color changing ink, embedded security strips, watermarks, micro-writing, and more to make it as hard as possible to copy and reproduce fake bills.
Even so, many people who try to pass fake money are successful because people accepting it rarely look closely at cash they are given and don’t know what to be looking for. In this video you can see what a counterfeit $50 bill looks like.
It was recorded in Vietnam and at first glance there is nothing inherently obvious that would raise suspicions, especially if it was passed to someone who is not familiar with which US president goes on what denomination bill.
That is the main giveaway in the video, as the dollar amounts in all four corners and the written amount were coated to change them from 10 to 50. When the woman applies rubbing alcohol to the money the coating starts to dissolve away and underneath the real $10 bill is revealed.
This goes to show that even simple, fake, counterfeit bills can easily be manipulated to look quite exact and real, especially when an actual lower denomination one is used as the base. People in other countries would have no clue that it’s a fake and even in the US a cashier who is busy and going through the motions likely wouldn’t catch it!
While there is little that the average person can do about this, it’s always a good idea to keep your eyes on your money, and if you ever do spot counterfeit money report it and don’t try to pass it on!

When you see a clock displaying the time and it happens to be all the same number, like 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, do you make a mental note of it? Many people do exactly that and claim that they tend to remember and notice the time most often when the numbers are repeating.
The reasons given for why this is so vary widely and you’ve likely heard of a few explanations for it. The main thought is that recurring numbers are a sign that the universe is trying to get your attention. It’s a sort of signal from unseen forces that are attempting to shift your focus to important life matters that you need to address or work on.
So if you often pause and take note of the time when the numbers are repeating it’s perfectly normal and it means that your higher self, spirit guides, or angels are trying to connect and get through to you.
Part of the allure of repeating numbers and why they catch our eye is that they’re visually pleasing. They appear uniform, clean, neat, and parallel respective to one another which is favorable to our eyes and mind, especially for those with a slight preoccupation with organization or numbers.
This may help explain why so many people say that they seem to always be looking at a clock when the time is all repeating numbers, as the sight of it just sticks in our heads longer. In relation to that is the concept of synchronicity that may help shed light on the mystery and fascination surrounding recurring numbers.
Synchronicity is the belief that seemingly unrelated things, which in and of themselves are not that important, gain meaning and significance when they occur randomly at the same time. These events are often called “meaningful coincidences” as they have no apparent effect on each other, but are nonetheless meaningfully related in some way.
We give meaning to repeating numbers on a clock by ascribing to them a sort of magical, special value. That value is best illustrated by the most popular and common belief surrounding 11:11, which is that whenever you see that time on a clock, you should make a wish and it will come true.
While this may or may not be true for everyone, it does give the numbers a special and meaningful sort of value. That’s because every time you see it and make a wish, you’re thinking of the things or events that you most want to happen or come true. It causes you to stop and think for a moment, however brief it may be.
Then, when you make a wish, you’re focusing all of your thoughts and energy on something in your life or mind that you want to influence. Other beliefs include the idea that certain times are related to our spirit guides or guardian angels. They use repeating numbers as a way to get through to us and to grab and hold our attention, so they can tell us something important.
In similar regards to that is another thought which is related to numerology. Within the practice there are three double digit master numbers, 11, 22, and 33, which represent different aspects of our inner selves, ranging from personality to spirituality and beyond.
They are thought to have more potential and influence in our lives than other number combinations and thus increased attention needs to be given to them. In addition, the numbers stand for increased awareness and perception by offering us a channel to our inner subconscious self.
Thus, the numbers are a direct link, or a sort of doorway, to our soul and the desires, thoughts, emotions, feelings, and ideas hidden there. Then there is the theory that if you notice the time is all recurring numbers, and stop to think about it, you’re taking time off to acknowledge the moment.
That simple fact, in and of itself, is vitally important. By simply stopping to fully realize and focus on what’s in front of you, you’re re-setting your own clock and rhythm. In the end, what matters is that you’re conscious and aware of time, life, and curious as to how all of the interesting things you notice in it connect.

They Lost All Their Belongings In Their House Because Of THIS One Social Media Post!

British couple Mark Higgins and Becky Szenk had a beautiful baby girl, and made a decision to move closer to Mark’s place of work, having bought a new pub. Wanting to find a mover quickly, Becky went on Facebook, where she came across a company owned by a man named Lee Green.
After speaking with him, she was impressed, and set up a moving date for his men to pick up their belongings. On the moving day, Mark and Becky were further impressed with the movers’ efficiency; within 45 minutes the truck was packed and ready to go to their new home.
They told the men they couldn’t get over how quickly they had packed up; one of the movers explained that they had multiple jobs to get to that day. The couple were waiting at their new flat for the movers to arrive, when they began to be concerned.
An hour later when they hadn’t arrived they knew something was wrong…it was! Lee Green and his moving company did not exist. They turned out to be a Facebook moving scam, whose chief goal was to steal people’s money and belongings.
In under an hour Mark and Becky had paid for all their worldly goods to be stolen! They and their baby girl were left with absolutely nothing; not even a stitch of clothing. In the video you are about to watch below you will hear them interviewed about what happened.
They are desperately trying to put their lives back together, thankful for the donations of strangers. Their sentimental belongings can never be replaced, and they have learned a very painful, yet valuable lesson when it comes to the dangers of the internet, and the need to get references from people you know.
