Doctors Are Telling People To Stop Taking Ibuprofen Now Because Of The Potential Health Dangers.
We all have become accustomed to popping Ibuprofen for every little ache or pain, and thinking nothing of it. So what’s the problem? It turns out that using non-steroidal anti-inflammatories on a regular basis, instead of when absolutely necessary for severe pain, can pose a serious health hazard over time.
As you will hear in the video you are about to watch below, recent research has found that chronic use of Ibuprofen will eventually cause heart muscle to deteriorate. By the time you are 40 years of age or over, such regular use can result in a heart attack that could be deathly. Doctors are now seriously warning patients to only use ibuprofen when absolutely necessary. Aspirin, as you will hear, does not present this danger to the heart but does impact stomach health.
Some conditions require daily pain management, so what’s a person to do? Asian medicine has long used TURMERIC as a natural, non-toxic means of pain relief. It’s efficacy for treating osteoarthritis, a common source of pain as we age, was found in a study published by the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine.
Patients who had been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee, were either treated with 800 mg of Ibuprofen or 2,000 mg of Turmeric. After 6 weeks, pain level was compared between the two sets of subjects as they performed various forms of daily types of exercise, such as stair climbing, walking and biking. Those who had taken turmeric had significantly less pain than the ibuprofen subjects!
A proven turmeric “cocktail” that will make your life substantially pain-free can be made by: Mixing a Tablespoon of Turmeric Powder, one cup of Honey and squeezing the juice of one Fresh Lemon; Stir this mixture with a wooden spoon and Pour One Teaspoon into Warm Water or Tea 3X per day. Many health food mavens mix this into fruit or vegetable shakes. Get rid of that Ibuprofen, and live a long healthy Pain-Free life!

Mom Was Filling Up The Pool When Her Baby Got Splashed and Started Crying. The Reason Is Scary!
Summer officially starts on June 20th but much of the country has already experienced extremely high temperatures, especially in the Southwest region which is currently in the midst of a heat wave. Cities all across America will soon all be under the heat of a long summer,
When the thermostat is soaring people turn to all sorts of different things to beat the heat. They stay indoors and out of the sun, crank the air conditioning, drink lots and stay hydrated, and play in the water. Nothing cools you down faster like jumping in a pool can and floating around in the refreshing water is just about the most relaxing thing you can do on a super-hot day.
Residents in and around Phoenix, Arizona, aka the hottest city in America, know the simple joys a dip in the pool can bring. About a week ago Dominique Woodger, a mother who lives in San Tan Valley, Arizona, decided to set up a small kiddie pool for her 9 month old baby boy.
It was extremely hot outside and she thought her son would enjoy a nice cooling dip. She took him outside with her, grabbed the garden hose, and started to fill the pool up when she heard her son crying.
She told the local news station KNXV that at first “I thought he was crying because he was mad. He hates when he gets sprayed in the face.” However, after checking on her baby to see what was the matter she was shocked to find that his tiny body was covered with red, blistering skin. Realizing the seriousness of the situation she rushed him to the hospital where she later found out he’d suffered second-degree burns on over 30% of his body.
The water from the garden hose that Dominique accidentally sprayed on her son was what caused his burns. When a hose sits in the sun and the temperature is 115 degrees outside, close to what it was on the day Woodger’s son was injured, the water inside of it can reach temperatures as high as 150 degrees.
According to Phoenix Fire Department Captain Larry Subveri, it takes only about 10 seconds of exposure to waters at that temperature for a person to develop second-degree burns, and for a young infant, even less time.
Woodger is speaking out about what happened to her son in order to warn others about the hidden risk and to urge parents to be extra careful when turning the water on outside in the heat. Water trapped inside the hose can easily become super-heated and most people don’t stop to think about this, or even realize it, before it’s too late.
Test the water temperature first before letting any young children near it, and please pass this warning along to help spread the word. Stay safe!

These Two Girls Start To Make Fun of This Girl. But Watch What He Takes Out Of His Bag.
Bullying has been around for generations and generations. In the case of children bullying other kids, you usually see this instinct stronger in children who have been abused or feel powerless in some way in their homes. However, with the anonymity provided by the internet, kids and adults whom you would never think of being capable of bullying, express their anger in a vicious way that they would never do when face to face!
Whether bullying occurs in the schoolyard or on the internet, we who see it occurring need to stand up for the victims of this cruel behavior, that can cause a lifetime of psychological damage and even suicide! It is estimated that nearly 70% of kids either experience bullying or witness it’s occurrence on a regular basis. This translates into millions of kids going to school in a state of fear daily!
Doing something about this isn’t just a question of teaching kids to stand up for themselves..it requires adults stepping in to do what is required to teach life lessons, that will prevent further bullying. The video you are about to watch below highlights the dangers of bullying and the importance of anyone stepping in to stop it, when they witness it occurring to a stranger on the street or when teachers and parents are informed of it happening in or outside of school.
Every child deserves to grow up without paralyzing fear of being a chronic victim of bullying! When we ignore this destructive behavior we become part of the problem, instead of the solution. So if you ever see someone being bullied remember this video.
Let us know what you think after watching the footage below.

This Man Was Gardening In His Backyard 60 Minutes Later He Died. The Reason Is Scary!
Not only was I shocked and saddened by the tragic story you are about to hear in the video below, but I found out something that I never knew. Where I live, yellow jackets appear in huge numbers in August, and I always complain that the “bees” are back. Apparently I, like many others, thought that yellow jackets are “bees”. They look and sting like “meat bees”, but they are actually WASPS!
This is very important to know, because we all love being outdoors during the summer..swimming, barbecuing, taking walks and gardening…but need to be aware and prepared. While bees are generally less aggressive, produce honey and are critical for balancing the eco-system, yellow jackets (wasps) are a different story.
The video tells the story of John who was gardening, and put his hand into a yellow jacket nest in the earth. Yellow jacket stings, as with all wasps, are very painful. I found out one day when I was cutting some flowers from my garden, and unknowingly disturbed a wasp nest. They attacked my face, and within one minute my lips blew up to 5 times their normal size.
Luckily I took 2 Benadryl and was okay after a few hours. John was not so lucky. It is unclear if he had ever been stung by yellow jackets before; he had several bites, lay down and asked his wife for an ice pack to sooth the pain and inflammation.
Within one hour he was dead! He had gone into anaphylactic shock, due to a severe allergic reaction. The truth is that you may have been bitten by wasps previously in life and never had an allergic reaction, but it is quite possible to develop such a severe allergy at any point in your life, and not know it until it is too late. His wife describes what happened and her terrible shock at losing her husband in an instant. The only thing that could have saved him, as his breathing became increasingly difficult, would have been EPINEPHRINE…having an EPI pen in their home.

A Camera Catches This Lady Taking Used Hotel Soap But What She Does With It Will Surprise You!
By the end of 2013 there were almost 53,000 hotel properties across America. According to the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the combined total amount of guestrooms that year was 4,926,543. The people staying in these rooms each received a bar, or two, of soap to use for their stay. When they checked out housekeeping turned over the room, threw out the used soap, and left a fresh bar for the next guest!
When added up, the amount of partially used hotel soap bars that are thrown away daily is more than 2 million. Clean the World, a non-profit organization, aims to reduce this number by recycling used soaps and re-distributing new bars to areas where it is in dire need.
The organization has donated more than 25 million bars to over 99 counties worldwide since it was founded 7 years ago by Shawn Seipler. He often traveled for business and wondered what happened to the bar of soap after he left. A quick call to the front desk confirmed that the soap was simply thrown away.
Further research showed that millions of soaps were being discarded daily and no recycle program existed to change that. Meanwhile, a child dies every 15 seconds from a disease that could have easily been prevented with access to proper hygiene, especially soap.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO) acute respiratory infections, like pneumonia, and diarrhoeal diseases, like cholera, are among the leading causes of death for children under 5 years of age. Washing one’s hands with soap has been proven to significantly reduce the impact and incidence of these two top killers.
It is also the easiest and most cost effective way to prevent diseases and lessen their spread. By providing and delivering free soap to developing areas where there is virtually none, Clean the World aims to improve and save countless lives. They have partnered with Global Soap, an organization that shares their vision, and in combination now collect used soap from over 4,000 hotels.
You can help too by getting involved, running a community soap drive, donating money, and even by simply spreading the word. The next time you stay in a hotel ask if they participate and have knowledge of the program. If anything you can help raise awareness and possibly spur the hotel into donating thousands of used soaps down the line.

8 Signs You Had a Stroke and Might Not Know It. Don’t Ignore These Signs.
The brain requires blood flow to function. When a blood vessel is blocked in the brain (Ischemic-known as a TIA) or starts to bleed (Hemorrhagic-a full on Stroke), you are at risk for severe and potentially permanent damage to the brain or death, if you do not act quickly.
As with many health issues, SYMPTOMS of a STROKE are often thought to be something else and get IGNORED. As strokes can cause serious brain damage, and is the fifth leading cause of death in the U.S., NOT IGNORING THE SIGNS OF STROKE is key to survival.
The VIDEO you are about to watch below, does a great job of explaining what actually happens when a stroke occurs, lifestyle modes that will help to prevent a stroke from happening, and most importantly it offers the acronym F.A.S.T. that will alert you to seek medical help immediately!
While certain symptoms such as:
(1) A BAD HEADACHE OR MIGRAINE or
(2) SUDDEN ONSET OF EXTREME FATIGUE can be a part of the onset of a STROKE, these signs can often be overlooked. However, the more concrete SIGNS of STROKE put out by “The American Stroke Association” symbolized by F.A.S.T. are:
(3) F for FACE DROOPING ON ONE SIDE
(4) A for ARM NUMB: if you have NUMBNESS OR WEAKNESS IN ONE ARM, for more than a few minutes, this is a critical warning sign. Strokes tend to affect one side of the body.
(5) S for SPEECH DIFFICULTY: When one side of the brain is affected by a Stroke, lack of blood supply can cause speech to be SLURRED or completely GARBLED. You may think that you are speaking clearly, but if someone with you says they can’t understand your speech, take it seriously!
(6) T for TIME: Time is of the essence; calling 911 immediately can mean the difference between PERMANENT BRAIN DAMAGE OR NOT, and LIFE or DEATH.
Additional SIGNS that SHOULD NOT BE IGNORED ARE:
(7) VISION DIFFICULTY IN ONE EYE: Seeing double or blurred vision in one eye often occurs when the brain is affected by a Stroke.
(8) CONFUSION or DIFFICULTY THINKING: When a stroke occurs, a part of your brain does not receive blood flow and therefore is STARVED OF OXYGEN which can cause you not to be able to think straight or to speak intelligibly.
